A one-month structured Rajyoga Meditation program (two hours daily) significantly improved hope, tolerance, adaptability, and resilience in young people. In a randomized experiment with 100 participants split into an experimental group (n=50) and a control group (n=50), both groups initially showed low resilience. After the intervention, the experimental group demonstrated significant improvement across all measured aspects of resilience, while the control group showed no significant change. The results suggest that Rajyoga Meditation as taught by the Brahma Kumaris increases psychological resilience, emotional stability, and adaptability in young people.
