Abstract
It is a research on the reliability of Rajyoga Meditation as a stress management intervention among the young people of India. Increasing demands at school, job insecurity, and socio-cultural changes have increased the levels of stress among the youth. To measure the effects of Rajyoga Meditation, the study will take a mixed-method approach, which will be a combination of quantitative measurement and qualitative data. Intervention results have shown a drastic decrease in anger and ego, enhancement of communication, enhancement of patience and a decrease in conflicts. The findings indicate that Rajyoga Meditation is a viable, affordable, and sustainable technique of improving psychological health among young groups of people.
