Biotransenergetics (BTE) is an integral transpersonal psychotherapy grounded in an embodied, participatory, and non-dual epistemology of consciousness. Developed by Pier Luigi Lattuada, BTE redefines the therapeutic process through the centrality of the Self, the concept of Transe, and the experiential realization of Essential Transe. The Self is understood as a unifying field of consciousness rather than a psychological construct. Transe is redefined as the fundamental structure of human experience, not an altered state. Essential Transe involves three processes: Passage through Zero (suspension of egoic identification), Persistence of Contact (remaining present without avoidance), and Mastery of Transe (conscious participation in experience). Psychotherapy becomes a path of awakening and reconnection with the Self, with symptoms seen as meaningful expressions of consciousness seeking reintegration.

Human identity is shifting from fixed, essentialist notions to fluid, constructed forms, especially in digital environments. This paper argues that this change stems from a transformation in how people experience transcendence. Using Phenomenological Pluralism, it distinguishes between Personal Experiences of the Divine, which generate relational communion and existential integration, and Pseudo-Transcendent Experiences, which rely on stimulation and produce temporary fulfillment. In digitally mediated contexts, stimulation increasingly replaces communion, fragmenting the self and driving cycles of identity experimentation. This condition, called phenomenological fatigue, suggests the crisis of identity in late modernity is fundamentally experiential, rooted in the displacement of communion by stimulation.

Many people think mystical events contradict science and cannot be explained scientifically. The author's Quantum Concept of Consciousness, or Extended Everett Concept, argues that mystical powers originate from quantum reality as understood in quantum mechanics, making them part of science.
