A 30-day Pragya Yoga program—combining postures, breathing, meditation, relaxation, and self-reflection—improved psychological well-being in young adults aged 18–25. Male participants showed an increase from 25.6 to 28.6 on the PGI General Well-Being Measure, with a large effect size (d=1.398); females improved from 25.4 to 27.2, with a moderate-large effect (d=0.768). Standard deviations declined in both genders, indicating greater emotional stability. The control group showed insignificant change, suggesting the benefits were specific to the yoga practice. Pragya Yoga appears to enhance emotional regulation, self-image, and well-being in this population.
