Abstract
In psychiatric literature, one of the most interesting and complex personality abnormalities is transvestism. We will present a case of a man who is a transvestite, drug addict, alcoholic, and sadomasochist. A multitude of psychiatric papers have been written on the symptomatology and etiology of transvestism, but few on treatment. \N'e will present our observations of the symptomatology, etiology, and treatment of a transvestite. Treatment consisted primarily of twenty marital therapy sessions with the patient and his wife together a^rith LSD therapy.
