KB220Z™ a Pro-Dopamine Regulator Associated with the Protracted, Alleviation of Terrifying Lucid Dreams. Can We Infer Neuroplasticity-induced Changes in the Reward Circuit?

Four patients diagnosed with ADHD, PTSD, or opioid addiction who suffered from terrifying lucid dreams experienced complete and lasting relief after taking the nutraceutical KB220Z. The dreams did not return for 10 to 12 months after the patients stopped taking the supplement. In a separate experiment using rats, KB220Z increased connectivity volume in brain reward circuitry, particularly from the dorsal hippocampus to several regions of interest, except the prefrontal cortex. The authors suggest this may indicate neuroplasticity changes relevant to lucid dreaming and REM sleep, but caution that definitive conclusions require larger, double-blind studies.
