Effects of inducers and/or inhibitors on metabolism of lysergic acid diethylamide in rat liver microsomes

Xenobiotica 1980 Takako Inoue, Tetsukichi Niwaguchi, Toshiro Murata 3 citations

1. When lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) was incubated with liver microsomes obtained from untreated rats, SKF 525-A inhibited most potently the hydroxylation at the 13-position, moderately inhibited N-demethylation at the 6-position, and least affected the metabolism of the side-chain at the 8 position. Furthermore, an atmosphere of 80% CO and 20% O2 (v/v) caused max. inhibition in...

ChemInform Abstract: STUDIES ON LYSERGIC ACID DIETHYLAMIDE AND RELATED COMPOUNDS. V. SYNTHESES OF DIHYDROLYSERGIC ACID DIETHYLAMIDES AND RELATED COMPOUNDS

Chemischer Informationsdienst January 10, 1978 Y. Nakahara, Tetsukichi Niwaguchi, Hisashi Ishii

AbstractDurch Hydrierung von LSD (I) mit Wasserstoff an Pd/Cwird Dihydrolysergsäurediethylamid (II) erhalten, während die Hydrierung von Iso‐LSD (III) ein Gemisch aus den Dihydroverbindungen (IV) und (V) ergibt.

ChemInform Abstract: STUDIES ON LYSERGIC ACID DIETHYLAMIDE AND RELATED COMPOUNDS PART 3, INPROVEMENT OF AMIDATION OF LYSERGIC ACID

Chemischer Informationsdienst August 20, 1974 Y. Nakahara, Tetsukichi Niwaguchi
