The action of JB-336, psilocybin, ibogaine and bufotenine on the aggressiveness os isolated mice, as well as the muricide reaction of rats, was investigated. All drugs evoked a substantial decrease in aggressiveness, but this effect was dependent on isolation time, time after injection and the type of test used.
The action of LSD, mescaline and Sernyl® onthe aggressiveness of isolated mice and killing reaction ofrats was investigated. At some dose range, LSD decreased the aggressiveness on isolation time. Mescaline was a strong in mice but not in rats whileSernyl slightly decreased the killing reaction and decreasedor increased the aggressiveness of mice according to dose level.
