A six-session Mindfulness-Based Thriving Program (MTP) reduced perceived stress and increased mindfulness, thriving, and self-efficacy in female 11th-grade students. The experimental group (n=8) showed significant improvements on all measures two months after the program compared to a no-intervention control group (n=9). The authors conclude that combining mindfulness and thriving practices may support self-efficacy and stress reduction during adolescence.
