This research investigates yoga's applicability in contemporary life through the prism of Sanskrit literature, including the Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gītā, and Patañjali's Yoga Sūtras. The study argues that yoga can address modern issues such as medical ailments, psychological stress, moral deterioration, and spiritual estrangement. It shows that yoga is a timeless discipline supporting sustainable life and overall well-being, providing insights for societal peace and personal balance amidst rapid technological change and mental instability.
