Abstract

A theory is proposed — the Information-Coherence Model (ICM) — describing consciousness as a dynamic order parameter Ψ that manages the entropy of biosystems through attention coherence C. The theory rests on two phenomenological equations: the evolution equation of the order parameter and the dynamic equation of observed entropy. Both are motivated by Landau dynamics and Prigogine's thermodynamics of dissipative structures. The theory is verified on pilot empirical data (Omega-M device, HRV, EEG, 20+ WFS AI agents), is falsifiable, and is mathematically formalized. The main emphasis is on parasympathetic markers (#IH, #FI, #SEI, #IZ). Regeneration and economics are secondary effects. Protocols for implementation and independent verification are proposed.
