Abstract

This qualitative study explores the experiences of neurodivergent individuals in mindfulness interventions enhanced by artificial intelligence [AI], focusing on how personalization can improve accessibility, effectiveness, and social inclusion, particularly for autism and ADHD. In-depth interviews and focus groups with participants, caregivers, and mindfulness practitioners provided narratives on AI’s role in individual adaptation and inclusive experiences. Findings highlight AI’s potential to design tailored interventions that foster well being and inclusion within neurodivergent communities.
