Abstract
This research is on the current relevance of Pragya Yoga Sadhana Protocol with a special focus on the general well-being. Pragya Yoga Sadhana includes a complete daily routine, from waking up in the morning to sleeping at night. It also incorporates the essence of Gyan Yoga, Karma Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga. Under Gyan Yoga, the thoughtful practice includes Atmabodh (self-realization) at the time of waking up and Tattvabodh (elemental realization) at night. Under Karma Yoga, the asana-based practice includes sixteen asanas. Under Bhakti Yoga, the worship-based practice includes self-purification, devotion to the deity, chanting the Gayatri Mantra, meditation on the Savita deity, and an offering of water to the sun (Suryarghya) followed by immersion (visarjan). This Pragya Yoga Sadhana Protocol can be practiced by children, women, and men of all age groups. General well- being is an important subject of research today. If a person learns the general well-being correctly, they can find solutions to every problem and become physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy and strong. Therefore, this research studies relevance of Pragya Yoga Sadhana Protocol in Today’s context of general well-being.
