This chapter delves into the impact of mindfulness on the modern workplace through a qualitative study, leveraging 30 in-depth interviews with professionals spanning various sectors, including banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI); education; manufacturing; and more. This chapter uncovers the debilitating effects of workplace stress on professionals across sectors. It demonstrates that mindfulness offers a potent means to alleviate stress. This chapter spotlights the unique challenges faced by working women in the modern workplace and how mindfulness practices empower women by enhancing self-confidence and resilience and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
