This research addresses the lack of Android-based calm meditation guidance for adolescents. Using Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, the study developed an Android application called TAPA-KU. Data collection involved questionnaires and interviews, with instrument validation by experts and analysis using Gregory's method. The resulting application allows adolescents to follow calm meditation guidance effectively, serving as a tool to cope with mental pressure. The app was rated as good, with construct validity values above 0.75, and overall scored 86.65%, categorized as very good.
