A patient with PTSD and blast traumatic brain injury from a Special Operations Forces cohort received a combination treatment of cervical sympathetic blockade and ketamine infusion, called the SOF method. After being followed for 720 days, the treatment showed prolonged and sustained benefits for both PTSD and bTBI symptoms with further applications of the method.
