EFEKTIVITAS MINDFULNESS-BASED COGNITIVE THERAPY (MBCT) PRENATAL DALAM MENGURANGI KECEMASAN IBU HAMIL RESIKO TINGGI

Jurnal Ilmiah Kesehatan January 16, 2026

A brief mindfulness-based therapy (MBCT Prenatal) given over three sessions in one week significantly reduced anxiety in high-risk pregnant women. Among 46 women with moderate to severe anxiety, average anxiety scores dropped from 5.24 to 3.78 after the intervention, and the proportion with severe anxiety fell from 50% to a majority (78.3%) experiencing only mild anxiety at a 14-day follow-up. The results suggest MBCT is a safe, non-drug approach for managing anxiety during high-risk pregnancy, helping with emotional regulation and reducing stress responses.
