Gnawa remains a sacred cultural phenomenon and movement that maintains its rituals for healing purposes, keeping its heritage intact.
This paper describes the effects of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) using the IPOO model. It aims to show how MBSR influences psychological well-being and psychological flexibility, and also presents findings from research on the topic. Through a meta-analysis of studies, the authors expect that MBSR will increase indicators of psychological well-being and psychological flexibility, and that the method can be effectively integrated into the IPOO model-based interpretation of learning.
