Shaman rituals, rooted in ancient and authentic belief systems, are emerging as a source for tourism activities, giving rise to a concept called shamanic tourism. In this tourism type, tourists may participate in rituals by hallucinating with substances, or observe rituals as cultural activities. The study, based on conceptual analysis, suggests that this method will become widespread globally, driven by increasing dynamic demand for traditional and authentic experiences in a globalized world.
