ESTRESSE E ECOANSIEDADE NA FORMAÇÃO MÉDICA UNIVERSITÁRIA: UM ESTUDO DESCRITIVO BASEADO NOS BENEFÍCIOS DO PROJETO MEDITA-AÇÃO

Revista Tópicos. July 15, 2026 Tiago Fontes Amorim, Andréa Cristina de Sousa, Andresa de Cássia Martini et al.

Elevated stress and anxiety among medical students are compounded by eco-anxiety driven by global climate and ecological crises. An analysis of the Medita-Action extension project at Centro Universitário de Mineiros – Campus Trindade shows that mindfulness-based interventions promote emotional self-regulation, reduce psychological distress, and strengthen connection with nature, transforming environmental distress into motivation for socio-environmental care. The theoretical framework links neuroplasticity evidence with Planetary Health principles. Integrating contemplative practices into medical curricula is a viable and necessary strategy for training resilient professionals aware of 21st-century global challenges.

O EXPERIMENTO DO SÉCULO: A CONSCIÊNCIA COMO VARIÁVEL FÍSICA DA REALIDADE DMT, NEUROMUSE™ E A ARQUITETURA HOLOGRÁFICA DA CONSTRUÇÃO DA REALIDADE (AHCR 2.0) COMO BASE PARA A COMPUTAÇÃO SIMBIÓTICA BIOMIMÉTICA

Revista Tópicos. April 22, 2026 Muriel Fernandes, Kelvy Muniz, Débora Barbosa et al.

This paper presents an experimental protocol and theoretical framework for the Century Experiment, which aims to empirically validate the Holographic Architecture of Reality Construction (AHCR 2.0), a model proposing consciousness as a measurable physical-informational variable in constructing observable reality. The study investigates expanded states of consciousness induced by ayahuasca and N,N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT) compared to a control group, using electroencephalographic analysis of gamma oscillations (30–100 Hz).

COMPUTAÇÃO SIMBIÓTICA BIOMIMÉTICA E A ARQUITETURA HOLOGRÁFICA DA CONSTRUÇÃO DA REALIDADE 2.0: FUNDAMENTOS TEÓRICOS, FORMALIZAÇÃO MATEMÁTICA E VALIDAÇÃO EXPERIMENTAL

Revista Tópicos. April 5, 2026 Muriel Fernandes

A new field called Symbiotic Biomimetic Computing (CSB) is proposed, grounded in the Holographic Architecture of Reality Construction 2.0 (AHCR 2.0). CSB mimics functional brain processes to create bidirectional biological-computer interfaces, moving beyond current hardware-centered brain-computer interfaces. A core equation quantifies a biological system's cognitive-symbolic state in real time. A low-cost ecosystem (NeuroMuse™) implements CSB for $600, versus $30,000–$50,000 for invasive alternatives. An experimental validation using vaporized DMT showed a +47% increase in gamma power (30–100 Hz), a peak index of 1.67, neural coherence of 0.65, and 100% IoT match rate over three symbolic collapse events with 820 ms average latency. Results confirm four falsifiable predictions of AHCR 2.0, positioning CSB as a rigorous, accessible approach to studying consciousness and developing next-generation BCIs.
