Pengaruh psikoedukasi (comprehensive model) dan Mindfullness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) terhadap self concept dan life satisfaction remaja dengan self harm

A quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest control group design examined whether psychoeducation and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) affect self-concept and life satisfaction in adolescents who self-harm. The study involved 46 participants assigned to intervention or control groups. Results showed significant improvements in self-concept and life satisfaction among those who received the intervention, as indicated by paired t-test p-values of 0.000 for both outcomes. The authors conclude that combining psychoeducation and MBCT is recommended to address self-harm by enhancing self-concept and life satisfaction in adolescents.
