Infertile women facing social stigma often have reduced subjective well-being. This quasi-experimental study tested whether mindfulness-based Islamic spiritual therapy could improve well-being in infertile married women. Ten participants were split into control and experimental groups. Before therapy, both groups had equal well-being scores. After the intervention, the experimental group showed significantly higher well-being scores compared to the control group, and within-group analysis confirmed a significant increase. The authors suggest this spiritual therapy could serve as an alternative psychotherapy to enhance well-being for infertile married women.
