A 4-week mindful sport performance enhancement (MSPE) workshop improved flow state, cognitive anxiety, eating disorder symptoms, and sleep disturbance in an amateur baseball team of 21 athletes in Taiwan. Flow state improvements persisted at a 4-week follow-up, and mindfulness ability was strongly linked to flow state. The findings suggest MSPE can benefit both performance and mental health in team sports.
