Integrating metaphysical and mystical knowledge into guidance and counseling may enhance self-understanding, provide transformative experiences, and improve overall well-being. Based on analysis of documents and related articles, the approach offers potential benefits but also faces challenges, including alignment with clients' values and the need for adequate counselor training. The findings suggest that a holistic and culturally sensitive implementation is necessary, and further research is needed to measure effectiveness and adaptability across diverse client populations.
