A three-month program of Cyclic Meditation—a technique combining breath awareness, internal sensation awareness, yoga postures, and relaxation—significantly reduced respiratory rates and improved efficiency levels in ministerial employees. In a controlled trial with 104 participants (52 experimental, 52 control), the experimental group showed statistically significant changes in respiratory rate and efficiency after 35-minute sessions over three months. The findings suggest that this meditation practice can balance respiratory function and enhance work efficiency.
