Abstract

First, quantum brain and quantum neuroscience are discussed. Second, the thought field with the extensive quantum form and its basis and applications are researched. Third, consciousness and quantum mind are studied. Fourth, some new progresses, such as studies of animals are discussed. Everyone has the self life fields, so should establish the Mind-Matter Consciousness Field Research Center. Fifth, some possible tests and applications are searched. Consciousness is an extremely complex phenomenon that inevitably involves neuroscience. We proposed the thought field with the extensive quantum form, so it may represent a describable and measurable model of consciousness.
