Abstract

По итогам курса в обоих классах была зафиксирована положительная динамика: снижение ситуативной и личностной тревожности, сокращение числа обучающихся с высоким уровнем личностной тревожности, а также положительная субъективная оценка программы большинством участников. this article presents the results of a pedagogical experiment examining the impact of meditation exercises on anxiety levels in 11th-grade students. The study is relevant given the increasing psychological burden on high school students as an integral part of modern society, exam stress, physiological transition, digitalization, and constant connection to the information flow around us. Fifty students from two 11th-grade classes at Secondary School No. 46 in Petrozavodsk participated in the study. The C.D. Spielberger Anxiety Scale, adapted by Yu.L. Khanin, was used for diagnosis. The program included 10 sessions aimed at developing self-regulation skills through breathing, body scanning, and observing external perceptions and thoughts. At the end of the course, positive dynamics were recorded in both classes: a decrease in situational and personal anxiety, a reduction in the number of students with high levels of personal anxiety, and a positive subjective evaluation of the program by the majority of participants.
