Abstract

In this article I raise the question about consciousness, which stems from a philosophical issue.Distinguishes here two ontologies: the fi rst resulting from the existence of the physical world, including biological, and the other, resulting from the assessment of the existence of non-biological beings, focusing primarily on the artifi cial intelligence.Ontological origins is crucial here to a fi nally modal treatment of such phenomena as intelligence or consciousness.I'm going to describe these phenomena as arising from these two ontologically diff erent substrates, but in some way being similar.Th e consequence of this expanded understanding of intelligence and consciousness shows that they are the feature, and not the property of human.
