Abstract

The recent White House communication vowed to end cancer as we know it. The actualization of this desire will require many unspecified discoveries yet to be made. On the strength of examples, this article explains how discoveries can occur when the focus of attention is enhanced, and that mantra meditation is a tool with which to enhance the focus of attention. Mantras from the ancient Rig Veda and Yajurveda have been shown to have a positive influence on the brain, while another mantra, Aum Namo Bhagvate Vasudeva, is shown to have a positive influence on stress, energy and chakra alignment.
