Abstract
This study is about the system that must be equipped for Tea Meditation to take place in the field of meditation. A meditation system must be established as there must be a purpose for meditation, and there must be a departure, direction, method, and step to reach the goal. Tea Meditation has an independent meditation system. The Tea Meditation system consists of four stages: recognition of life-and-death distress, a desire to eliminate the cause of distress, a state in which the cause of destination distress is completely extinguished, and intuition and reasoning, which are means of recognition, imagination, and story. As a simulation method to understand and establish such a tea meditation system, the meditation garden of mindfulness is the first stage of meditation. The second stage is a garden of Tea Meditation for insight into thought, and the Garden of Tea Meditation of Enlightenment is the third stage. Lastly, there is a garden of tea meditation of love and compassion, which is the stage of harmony. The Tea Meditation emerged in the Korean tea ceremony's atmosphere, which is a reflection of the present era. Tea Meditation is a new meditation culture mediated by tea, which will help popularize tea culture in the future.
