Abstract
Study molecular of interaction between N,N-dimethyltryptamine analogs (DMT) with 5-HT1A and 5-HT1B receptors. Likewise, complexes mechanisms that related the interaction with these receptors involved in alterations such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorders and anxiety. Therefore, have been evaluated the activity of DMT analogs by docking molecular studies in the determination of the ligand-receptor interaction. We identified new DMT analogs with activity in serotonergic receptors with high structural and energy affinity. The complexes of receptors-ligands were refined demonstrated possibly new tools of agents for the treatment of alterations related to pathologies with this type of receptors.
