Abstract
The article explains the approaches of the world's most famous psychologists to dream analysis and discusses the benefits of dream analysis, as well as the difference between dream analysis and dream interpretation. The article primarily focuses on the Jungian approach to dream analysis and the approach in Gestalt therapy, emphasizing that each person's dream is unique and requires individual analysis. Dreams act as a kind of bridge between our consciousness and unconsciousness. Establishing a connection with this bridge and being able to cross it gives us the key to the unknown world. Perhaps the answer to humanity's millennia-old question "Who am I?" can be found to some extent through dream analysis. Keywords: dream analysis, symbol, gestalt therapy, yungian dream analysis
