Abstract

This chapter explores how Authentic Movement, dreamwork, and other somatic practices can help heal traumas in the world while fostering embodiment and creativity. These practices not only support individual healing but can also contribute to the healing of the world, as demonstrated by the Community Long Circle. Throughout the chapter, I share various stories illustrating how Authentic Movement, dreams, and other forms of embodiment can promote healing for individuals, community, and our beautiful planet. The chapter concludes with an invitation to practice walking meditation.
