Key points The authors argue that GCP 2.0 random number generator anomalies, the presentiment effect, and pre-seismic animal behavioral changes can all be explained as spontaneous fluctuations of a proposed "theta-entropy field," with collective coherent attention amplifying effects. They propose four experimental protocols intended to falsify or quantitatively constrain the model.

Abstract

Abstract (English) Within the Acta Universi (AU) hypothesis, anomalous precursors of significant events—Global Consciousness Project (GCP) 2.0 RNG anomalies, the presentiment effect, and pre-seismic behavioural changes in animals—are interpreted as spontaneous fluctuations of the fundamental theta-entropy field SΘS_\ThetaSΘ. A linearized field equation with a source term associated with a future high-entropy event is derived; the non-local archival kernel allows the resulting fluctuation to propagate in Kairos-time and to appear as an anticipatory signal in Chronos. Collective coherent attention (elevated integrated information Φ\PhiΦ) acts as a parametric amplifier, explaining the observed dependence of effect size on the number and emotional intensity of participants. Concrete temporal profiles (hours to days for global events, seconds for laboratory presentiment) and spatial correlation lengths are predicted and shown to be consistent with existing GCP 2.0, meta-analytic presentiment and multi-species behavioural data. Four experimental protocols are proposed that can falsify or quantitatively constrain the model. The framework unifies three previously disparate classes of precursor phenomena under a single information-ontological mechanism while remaining open to rigorous empirical test.
