Abstract
Studies have revealed that mindfulness-based techniques have a positive impact on psychological well-being by improving emotional regulation, creating present-moment awareness, and reducing stress and anxiety. Although there is plenty of evidence to support the advantages of mindfulness-based practices, research and applications have focused mainly on various age groups, rather than helping university educators in their classrooms. This project aimed to equip educators with knowledge on the advantages of mindfulness for university students, provide them with basic training to guide their students in practicing mindfulness and empower them to incorporate such techniques into their teaching curriculum.
