Abstract
This chapter introduces Prana-Centered AI, a pioneering framework that blends ancient yogic energetics with modern intelligent wellness technologies. While contemporary AI-powered wearables excel at tracking physiological data, they overlook the subtle dimensions of human vitality described in classical yoga, Prana, Nadis, Chakras, and the subtle body. Prana-Centered AI bridges this gap through multimodal sensing, machine learning, and culturally sensitive interpretive models that translate physiological signals into insights aligned with yogic principles. By integrating HRV, EEG, respiration, thermal imaging, and emotional analytics, the framework enables personalized guidance for breathwork, meditation, and energetic balance. This chapter outlines its architecture, scientific foundations, ethical safeguards, and emerging applications, proposing a transformative, holistic pathway for future intelligent wellness systems.
