Summary

AI-generated from the abstract

A cross-sectional study of 65 college students examined the link between stress and sleep paralysis. A chi-square test indicated a relationship between stress and sleep paralysis occurrence (p < 0.01). The authors suggest institutions provide counseling and positive activities to help students manage stress.
