Abstract This paper presents a first-person qualitative case study of an individual with extraordinarily high dream recall frequency, sustained high‑narrative dreaming, and unconscious creative dreaming—a rare and understudied phenotype in sleep and cognitive science. The participant (also the author) consistently experiences long, coherent, plot‑driven dreams with distinct characters, emotional tone, narrative twists, cinematic structure, and a stable, cross‑dream spatial world map with recurring locations that are revisited across multiple sleep episodes. These highly vivid, self‑consistent dream experiences are fully retrievable upon awakening and directly transformed into published literary works. The participant exhibits a unique sleep architecture characterized by difficulty initiating sleep, an extremely high arousal threshold after sleep onset, significant sleep inertia, and a total sleep duration of approximately 10 hours per night, with more than 4 hours occupied by continuous, movie‑like high‑narrative dream experiences during deep sleep stages.
