Abstract
The article contains the papers of the “round table” discussion that was held at the Department of Philosophy of the State Academic University for the Humanities on October 30th 2020. The “round table” was dedicated to the 70-years anniversary of the publication of Alan Turing’s famous paper “Computing Machinery and Intelligence” (1950). The speakers have discussed the role of the artificial intelligence research in understanding of human consciousness and natural intelligence, the possibilities and dangers of artificial intelligence introduction in different spheres of modern life – education, political activity, social communications. The importance of the new philosophical analysis of the Turing’s paper considering new digital challenges and artificial intellectual systems development was demonstrated.
