A 6-month Hatha yoga intervention in 13 young women altered certain heart rate variability (HRV) parameters during specific practices, though overall heart rate dynamics remained unchanged. Specifically, the very low frequency (vLF) parameter after relaxation and the LF/HF ratio after body scan meditation changed significantly, while low frequency (LF) and high frequency (HF) parameters showed no changes.
