The Danger of Hallucinogenic Mushrooms

Young people are increasingly consuming raw wild Psilocybin mushrooms for their hallucinogenic effects. Seven cases of mushroom overdosage are described. Although hallucinogenic mushrooms are relatively harmless, the report emphasizes the dangers of accidentally ingesting commonly occurring poisonous varieties.
