Abstract Als Vorläufer für die Synthese von Bufotenin bzw. Psilocin und dessen Derivaten werden durch Addition der Li‐amide (II) an die Styrole (I) bei ‐78°C die Nitroamide (III) (78‐98% Ausbeute) und hieraus die Diaminobutane (IV) (72 bis 74%) dargestellt.
