Noetic Genesis: Process Ontology and the Geometric Foundations of Stable Otherness

A process-ontological framework is proposed to understand 'Stable Otherness'—the dynamic relational structure enabling meaningful encounters between self and other—across biological, cognitive, and artificial systems. Drawing on Whitehead's process philosophy and enactivism, geometric analogies (relational manifolds, connections, geometric flows) formalize the dynamic structure of relationality. An irreversible three-phase process of Construction, Dissipation, and Unification (the CDU cycle) is defined, and Hegelian Aufheben is reinterpreted as 'Covariant Aufheben'—the dynamic alignment of interpretive horizons. The framework traces natural-historical continuity from pre-biotic systems to flowering plants, animals, humans, and AI, and offers a novel perspective on AI alignment as co-evolutionary geometric alignment on a shared relational manifold.
