Shamanic corporeality among Indigenous peoples in Brazil carries symbolic value and serves spiritual, pedagogical, and artistic roles within the community. The study reflects on the multifaceted presence of shamanic corporeality in the performative exercise of scene interpreters, based on theoretical-practical research at the Interpretation Laboratory: cosmopolitical poetics of the actor/actress-shaman. Transdisciplinary aspects of artography—researching, creating, and teaching—align with Amerindian cosmopolitical shamanic practice.
