Regular mindfulness practice is associated with lower stress levels, better emotional control, and improved cognitive functioning. The study used primary data from 200 participants, including students and working individuals, with standardized tools such as the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale (MAAS) and Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). Mindfulness is described as present-moment awareness without judgment, and practices such as mindful breathing, meditation, and conscious awareness are linked to stress reduction, emotional balance, and mental clarity. The authors conclude that mindfulness serves both as a therapeutic technique and a life skill for promoting long-term wellbeing.
