Dream narratives about COVID-19 are analyzed through cognitive narrative theory to model the typical configuration of narrative space in dream reports. The research identifies explicit linguistic tags and implicit markers that indicate whether a narrative space is presented as real-world or dream-world. It also examines linear versus parallel relationships between the main dream-world and auxiliary real-world narration sequences.
