Self-transcendence and spiritual transcendence are positively linked to innovative work behavior, with workplace spirituality playing a mediating role. Workplace spirituality partially mediates the relationship between self-transcendence and innovative work behavior, and fully mediates the connection between spiritual transcendence and innovative work behavior. These findings highlight the importance of fostering spirituality in the workplace to encourage employee innovation.
