A daily 40-minute virtual meditation program combining Om chanting, music, and breath-based techniques significantly reduced anxiety, depression, and stress while improving emotional regulation in adults aged 50–70. Fifty participants (25 men, 25 women) practiced for one month; pre-post measures using the Depression Anxiety Stress Scales and Emotional Intelligence Questions showed large, statistically significant improvements. The findings were also expressed as first-order differential equations. The program, rooted in Patanjali’s Yog Darshan, was delivered via Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic and suggests potential as a complementary mental health intervention for older adults.
