The fear of death arises from attachment and ignorance, which cause suffering. By practicing mindfulness, insight meditation, and cultivating wisdom, individuals can understand impermanence and reduce death anxiety. Buddhist concepts such as karma and the Noble Eightfold Path help shape attitudes toward mortality. Consistent practice can lead to inner peace when facing death.
