A group mindfulness-based stress reduction and conscious yoga program improved some aspects of quality of life and reduced fatigue severity in patients with multiple sclerosis. In a quasi-experimental study, 24 patients were randomly assigned to an intervention or control group. The intervention group attended eight two-hour sessions. Compared to controls, they showed significant improvements in physical health, role limitations due to physical and emotional problems, energy, emotional well-being, health distress, health perception, satisfaction with sexual function, overall quality of life, and fatigue severity.
